Studio Policies
Buy purchasing class credits at the The Pilates Room, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:
1) All class packages are for individual sale and non-transferable between clients.
2) Grip socks are mandatory to participate in all our classes for safety and hygiene. These can be purchased from the studio.
3) Child Free Space - for the safety of your children and to respect the experience of other clients, we kindly advise that young children are not allowed in the studio during class time.
4) Phone Free Zone - whilst you are welcome to take photos/selfies in our studio before or after class - during class time The Pilates Room is a phone-free zone. We require this to maintain a respectful environment for other members and Instructors. If your job requires you to be on call, please let your instructor know and we’ll gladly make any necessary arrangements for you.
5) We have a strict 9-hour cancellation policy for all class bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a loss of class credit. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension or loss of booking privileges.
6) Cancellations must be made through your Momence app or via the website. We can not accept cancellations via email, phone or social media.
7) We cannot refund class credits for change of mind or for unforeseen circumstances external to the business.
8) We have an age limit of 16yrs to attend group classes.
9) All class credits for group classes and privates sessions must be purchased in advance from The Pilates Room website or the Momence booking app.
10) All class packages have a strict expiry date. Members are responsible for checking the validity of the package they purchase and of ensuring they use their credits before the expiration date.
11) A cancellation window of 9 hours applies. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a loss of class credit. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension or loss of booking privileges.
12) The Pilates Room reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
