  • Our studio is situated in the heart of Limhamn, just a few hundred meters from the main shopping street, Linnégatan. Detailed directions can be found by clicking here.

  • Yes, street parking is available directly outside the studio, as well as on adjacent and parallel streets.

  • We kindly ask clients to arrive between 15 and 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time.

    If you’re visiting us for the first time, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and get acquainted with the studio.

  • Our studio is equipped with two toilets and changing facilities. Please note that shower facilities are not available at the studio.

  • We recommend all new clients begin with the Signature class. This class introduces our reformer equipment and the foundational movements in Pilates reformer.

    From there, you’re welcome to progress to Dynamic or Athletic classes when you feel ready—or continue with our Signature class.

    All classes are designed to be inclusive for all levels, with options for both modifications and progressions provided throughout.

  • Please bring:

    • Comfortable workout clothing

    • A bottle of water

    • Grip socks (required for safety and hygiene)

  • Whilst you are welcome to take photos/selfies in our studio before or after class - during class time the studio is a phone-free zone. We require this to maintain a respectful environment for other members and instructors. If your job requires you to be on call, please let your instructor know and we’ll gladly make any necessary arrangements for you. 

  • Yes. Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend classes at The Pilates Room.

  • If you are currently injured or recovering from an injury, you are welcome to attend classes once you have been cleared to exercise by your healthcare provider. We recommend beginning with our Signature class and kindly ask that you inform your instructor of your condition prior to the start of each session.

  • Yes, absolutely. Pregnant clients are welcome to join classes.

    • If you’re new to reformer Pilates, we suggest starting with the Signature class.

    • If you’ve been attending our classes regularly, you may continue at your current level, with appropriate modifications offered throughout your pregnancy.

    • Postnatal clients may return once they have received clearance from their healthcare provider. We recommend starting back with the Signature class.

    We kindly ask that you inform your instructor before each class to ensure they are aware of your pregnancy or recent return post-birth, so they can support you with any necessary adjustments.

  • Yes we have an expiry date on all packages. Please check the validity of the package before purchasing so you are sure the timeframe suits your needs.

  • Our studio is a child-free space during regular class times. For the safety of your children and to respect the experience of other clients, we kindly advise that young children are not allowed in the studio during class. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to share that parent-and-baby classes will be added to the schedule soon.

  • To ensure our instructors have time to rest and recharge, the studio will close on Swedish red days. In the event of a closure lasting three or more consecutive business days, all class credits will be extended to ensure fairness for our members.

  • Due to our studio’s intimate size and limited class capacity, we are currently offering access exclusively to members of The Pilates Room. This allows us to ensure our members receive priority access to all classes.

  • We have a 9-hour cancellation policy for all class bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a loss of class credit. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension or loss of booking privileges. Cancellations must be made through your Momence app or via the website. We can not accept cancellations via email, phone or social media. 

  • If you join the waitlist for a class, please ensure you are available to attend, just as you would be for a regular booking.

    Should a spot become available more than 9 hours before the class start time, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added and notified via email.

    Please note that within 9 hours of the class, the waitlist system is no longer active, and no further automatic enrollments will occur.
