At TPR, our classes are open to all levels, allowing you to choose the intensity that fits you best. With smaller class sizes, our experienced instructors will provide personalised progressions, regressions, and options to support you - no matter where you’re starting from.

TPR Reformer Foundations

Traditional reformer Pilates meets progressive movement. Whether you’re new to the reformer or simply want to revisit the fundamentals, this class is designed for you. This slower-paced class explores the original Pilates repertoire through contemporary teaching practices, helping you build confidence on the reformer while developing a strong foundation. You’ll improve your technique, strength and endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Intensity: low to moderate

TPR Reformer Conditioning

Strength, power and agility with intervals and tempo changes. This high-energy, faster-paced class combines dynamic movements and bursts of high intensity training. Designed to build your strength through progressive resistance, whilst improving your endurance, agility, power and cardiovascular capacity.

This is a challenging open-level class. We recommend taking at least two Foundations classes before joining.

Intensity: high

TPR Reformer Jumpboard

Combining the seamless transitions of our Reformer Flow class with the cardio boost of the Jumpboard, this upbeat class is designed to lift your energy while building strength, endurance, and agility - delivering a fun, varied, full-body challenge.

This is a challenging open-level class. We recommend taking at least two Foundations classes before joining.

Intensity: moderate to high

TPR Reformer Baby & Me

These classes are designed to support you during the early months of motherhood, offering a calm and welcoming space to move, connect, and breathe - with your baby by your side. Led by an experienced instructor and limited to a small group of just six participants, each class provides gentle, guided movement tailored to postnatal bodies. Babies attend alongside their parent and must be under crawling age (not yet mobile).

These sessions are as much about you as they are about your baby. Expect a supportive atmosphere where you can move at your own pace, strengthen and restore your body, and connect with other parents in a shared experience.

TPR Reformer Flow

Designed with a progressive teaching approach, this dynamic class builds on the principles learnt in our Foundations classes. You’ll continue to improve strength and endurance, coordination, control, and range of movement. Expect a full-body challenge, seamless transitions, and an upbeat playlist that leaves you feeling energised, recharged, and more aligned. 

This is a challenging, open-level class. We recommend completing at least two Foundations classes before joining.

Intensity: moderate to high

TPR Private Training

Enjoy a fully personalised Pilates experience with one of our friendly, experienced instructors. We will take the time to understand your goals, fitness level, and any specific body needs. Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase flexibility, improve posture, rehabilitate after an injury or enhance your mind-body connection, each session is tailored to support your progress in a focused, one-on-one setting. Private training is also the perfect introduction to The Pilates Room if you’re not quite ready for a group class.

TPR Duo Training

We offer private training for two people. Perfect for those who want to bring a family member, friend or colleague and prefer the intimacy and personalised attention of a private session. Like our private training sessions, duo training is also the perfect introduction to The Pilates Room if you’re not quite ready for a group class.

TPR Private Groups

Planning a team-building activity or celebrating a special occasion with a friend? Our corporate and event sessions offer a fun and engaging way to bring people together. Led by one of our experienced instructors, these sessions are suitable for all levels and focus on wellness, connection, and learning new skills in a relaxed, social setting.
